Opsfleet was founded to solve a real problem: fast-scaling startups and scale-ups need senior cloud, DevOps, and AI expertise urgently, but hiring and retaining that talent in-house is slow and expensive. Infrastructure Design & Architecture

We design production-grade AWS environments from the ground up, or take over and modernize existing ones. Kubernetes & Container Orchestration

We are specialists in Amazon EKS. We design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters for clients running containerized workloads at scale, including autoscaling with Karpenter, multi-region configurations, and GitOps-based delivery pipelines. We have migrated dozens of workloads from EC2-based or legacy architectures into EKS environments that are resilient, cost-efficient, and developer-friendly.

We build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to release frequently with minimal risk. All infrastructure is managed as code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK), which eliminates configuration drift, speeds up environment provisioning, and creates an auditable change history.

Cloud Migration

We lead end-to-end cloud migrations to AWS including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecture engagements. Our process covers discovery and planning, dependency mapping, workload sequencing, cutover execution, and post-migration validation. We have completed migrations from on-premises environments and from GCP and Azure.

AWS Graviton Optimization

We are one of very few managed services providers with deep hands-on experience migrating production EKS and EC2 workloads to AWS Graviton (ARM64) instances. Our Shift to Graviton service delivers meaningful cost and performance improvements with minimal disruption to existing pipelines and workflows.

Data Engineering

Data Infrastructure on AWS

We design and operate end-to-end data platforms on AWS, from real-time streaming ingestion through to analytics-ready warehouses and governed data lakes. Whether a client needs to instrument their first pipeline or overhaul a fragmented architecture, we build systems that are reliable, cost-efficient, and accessible to the teams that depend on them.

  • Streaming pipelines: We design and manage real-time event streaming architectures using Amazon MSK (Managed Kafka) and Kinesis Data Streams, including schema management, consumer group tuning, and operational runbooks.
  • Data lakes on S3: We build governed data lakes with S3 as the storage layer, AWS Glue for cataloging and ETL orchestration, and Lake Formation for access control, enabling consistent, auditable data access across teams.
  • Analytics warehousing: We provision, tune, and manage Amazon Redshift clusters and Redshift Serverless for analytics workloads, including query performance optimization, data modeling, and cost governance.
  • Batch and ETL orchestration: We implement batch processing workflows using AWS Glue, Step Functions, and managed Apache Airflow (MWAA), handling dependency management, failure recovery, and SLA monitoring.
  • Query and exploration layers: We integrate Amazon Athena and Lake Formation to give analysts and data scientists ad-hoc query access to raw and processed data without additional infrastructure overhead.
  • Pipeline observability: We instrument pipelines with end-to-end data quality checks, latency alerting, and lineage tracking so that failures are caught before they reach downstream consumers.
AI / ML Infrastructure

AI & ML Workloads on AWS

We increasingly serve AI-first companies that need production-grade infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning, and inference, not just prototype environments. We manage the full operational lifecycle of AI workloads from GPU cluster provisioning through to serving latency optimization and cost control.

  • Model training infrastructure: We provision and manage GPU and high-memory compute fleets (EC2 P4, P5, G5, and Graviton-based) for model training and fine-tuning, including spot instance strategies that reduce training costs by 60-80%.
  • Inference serving at scale: We design and operate low-latency model serving infrastructure using SageMaker Inference and EKS-hosted inference servers, with auto-scaling tuned to traffic patterns and cost/latency SLAs.
  • Graviton for AI inference: We migrate inference workloads to Graviton (ARM64) instances where architectures permit, delivering significant per-request cost reductions without sacrificing throughput or latency targets.
  • RAG and vector database infrastructure: We design and manage retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including embedding generation, vector store provisioning (pgvector, OpenSearch, third-party), and orchestration layers that connect LLMs to proprietary data.
  • MLOps pipelines: We implement end-to-end MLOps workflows using SageMaker Pipelines or custom EKS solutions, covering data versioning, experiment tracking, automated retraining, model validation gates, and deployment promotion.
  • AI cost optimization: GPU compute is expensive. We apply capacity planning, mixed instance strategies, and workload scheduling so AI teams get the compute they need without bill shock.
